F R BERRY RESERVE

Public BBQ

A short gravel road off Reen Road leads to a parking area with toilets and a picnic spot, and from there an easy, well-signed trail runs about two kilometres return to the falls — comfortable enough that a three-year-old and a dog can manage it in under an hour with stops. The walk is serene and the falls run best after rain, tapering off as winter ends, so spring is the time to come for both water and wildflowers. Children happily splash and slide at the base whatever the weather. No booking or entry ticket is needed.
